The Bonanza baseball team with be hosting tryouts Feb. 25th at 8:30 a.m. at the baseball field. Players MUST have a player packet to try out. Any late arrivals will be turned away so DO NOT show up after 8:30. For more information, contact Coach Stafford.
***"Sound System Drive" continues***
The Bonanza baseball team's drive to obtain a weather-proof sound system for the baseball field has almost come to fruition. Initial installment has begun and should be completed before the spring season begins but funding has not been finalized. A very special "Thank You" to the parents who helped get this started and are continuing to collaborate with the coaching staff to finish this new addition to the ball field.
ANYONE who would like to donate should contact Coach Stafford immediately at 702-683-4301, or at dstafford@interact.ccsd.net . The system is one of a handful of improvements the program has added to the baseball field, including the recent re-sodding of the baselines and repairs to the bullpen area. Sponsorships for the sound system by local businesses are also accepted.
